If you search on this, you will find all sorts of amusing possibilities.
Apparently, there are some viruses affecting web browsers that bring up such "warnings" (but you surely do not use Internet Explorer in order to acquire viruses, do you?), however this sort of "warning" does seem to come up occasionally because the forum system apparently does use Nginx.
It is all rather confusing. I think the general advice is- reboot your browser.
