I just tried it for a heck of it, running Leonardo and Mega on the same PC, from 2 different USB ports. And it worked. I was most amazed. Downloaded Blink sketch to both of them. Obviously I needed to change Port and Board settings in IDE, but that was all. I used 1.0.5-r2 IDE.
