I have a couple of Arduino Uno that I prograbben at the end of 2019. I went to re-program them and they will not connct. It seems to be a driver issue, but Win 10 will not find a driver.
Any ideas much appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was a jlink driver conflict with another IDE I use but after uninstall of those drivers, I still cannot get my Windows 10 Laptop to see any ports and the Device Manager shows the driver to have errors but cannot locate a driver to update.

I have installed the latest Arduino program, and been through the update drivers, but still nothing.
Help needed please.

If this is a clone Uno, it probably has the CH340 usb-to-ttl chip and you need to install the driver. Download from the Chinese manufacturer website, install and you should be good to go.
What is the chip closest to the USB port? If it's square with pins on all sides, it's a 16U2 and should work with the drivers that are installed with the IDE. If it's rectangular with pins at two sides, it's probably the CH340 but you must try to decipher it; there are other possible makes/models for that chip.
Can you share which drivers from robojax.com?
