No COM port on Win7 32bit

I am using a NanoEvery and windows 7 (32-bit) cannot load the driver for it. The PC is not connected to the internet and connecting to it is not an option.
This shows up in the device manager

Also in Device status it says:

Reinstall the drivers for this device. (Code 18)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

I already tried to reinstall it...
I installed the drivers from the git repo: GitHub - arduino/ArduinoCore-megaavr: Arduino Core for the ATMEGA4809 CPU
Am I missing something?

The first thing I do when I run into similar problems is to fix errors in the system registry by running"wise registry cleaner" followed by "ccleaner". That seems to fix many problems!
