No COMx port with FT232-AZ

Hi,
to upload sketches on an Arduino-Ethernet (A000068) I tried with a USB-Serial converter with a FT232-AZ chip. I used this converter on a PC Win10 64bit and a PC Win10 32 bit. On the Win10-64bit PC this converter is recognized as a "FT232R USB UART" but there is no COM-port assigned to it.

On the Win10-32bit PC the converter is assigned to COM5, and I can upload sketches and use the Serial Monitor.
But on the Win10-64bit PC I cannot upload sketches ( programmer is not responding, ...not in sync) nor use the Serial Monitor.

What shall I do to get a COM port assigned to the converter on the Win10-64bit PC?

Go to the FTDI website, download and install the driver. If it still won't work, ask their support/customer service.
