No contact for the board

Hello
I have a big problem, because I have some ESP like Arduino IDE ver. 2.3.3 / Windows 10 can't connect with and my two Arduino Uno works fine?

Unable to connect:
ESP-Wroom -32 2 pcs
ESP 8266 DI Mini 2 pcs
ESP 32-c3 Super mini 2 pcs

get connected:
Arduino Uno R3
Arduino Uno Wifi R4

So it's only my Arduino board that I can get working, not my ESP.
What can I do?
