I have an Arduino nano, and I am trying to download a timer code into it and it keeps giving me no file directory # include I2CIO.h error. Any suggestions to remedy this situation. I have looked in the manage libraries and no file is on the list. Also, I have no clue where to find the file. I am using a 16x2 LCD display. Please help.

Yes I googled it, although I haven't found a file to download it into my Arduino library.
