Hi! I placed an order yesterday on the official arduino website store and according to the info in the help center "the invoice will be automatically sent to the email connected with your Arduino account at the moment of payment.".
I don't have any invoice yet but already have a tracking number. Will I receive an invoice later?
Hi @pedro_n. I recommend checking your spam folder to make sure the invoice didn't end up there. If you still don't find it, you can contact Arduino Customer Service via this form:
Just received it, but in the invoice, the customer info and the goods destination info are the same, unlike what I put in the order. If I need more help with that I will post here again.
