NO Mouse fits to Optimouse

Hi, I'm new here.
I have a trouble using a library called Optimouse, which reads optical sensor of a mouse and convert the count to the distance ( yes, it's an odometer )

The library is for specific mouse sensors as follows:

PAN3101/ADNS2051/ADNS2610/ADNS2620/ADNS2083

However I can't find any of those probably because these sensors are so old that no one use them.

How can I fix this problem? Anyone who make it work with another mouse sensor?

You might be able to do it if you can find a mouse sensor that has a digital interface other than (or in addition to) USB.

Or you could get old mouse chips from eBay:
