Hi, this is my very first robotic project and I'm trying to upload the board but no luck.
Arduino verison 1.8.13
Mac version MacOS Catalina 10.15.5
Using Arduino Nano Every (ATMEGA4809)
My port shows Bluetooths-Incoming-Port, MALS and SOC. I tried to unplug the USB power and plug back in no new port was showing. I ran the update can got the error as below:

avrdude done. Thank you.
the selected serial port
does not exist or your board is not connected
I looked it up see a few people are facing the same issue and some said the new OS update break it. Is there any workaround to fix it? My Arduino is blinking but no luck to get the port showing. I also tried to use the Parallels virtual Window 10 to see if it works but the Port selection was grey out can't select it I don't know why.
Thank you!
