No Power from USB

Hello Everyone,

Today I got my first Microcontroller: ESP32 WROOM 38 PIN. I tried to connect it with my laptop to reprogram but nothing happend whenever I plug in the USB. The led does not turn on and Wifi also.
I tried to power it on from 5V and the led blinked also the WiFi turned on but I have no option to load my program to it. Do you have any Idea? I have used 5 different USB Cables and 2 laptops.

Do any other devices work ok when you use the USB cables connected to the PC?

Of Course, Some weeks ago also I have connected a microbit and flashed it.

Then that leaves the board. Time to use you DMM to trace the power on the board.
