how can I stop modem-manager? I think it is running
$ ps aux | grep modem
root 14809 0.3 0.0 83412 3432 ? S 17:00 0:00 /usr/sbin/modem-manager
lsof | grep ttyACM
returns nothing in between the 30s, where the port can not be opened.
