No respons on arduino when uploading

Hi all!

I just started using Arduino and doing some tutorials, but with this project (see code below) I get an error I don't understand. I copied it below, hopefully some of you can help me understand what I can change. I already checked the code and the arduino on placing the elements on the right place. Some words are dutch, I'm happy to translate if needed:)

Hello,

When you are in doubt, upload a new sketch without additional code, the Arduino should be muted, then upload the example blink, if the arduino led flashes, then it is working :wink:
