No serial port on Pc or mac! HELP!!!!

Hi,
I have a Arduino uno v3. In the past I uploaded a script to it and it worked. But now it does not. I do not think i used it in any projects yet but have tested a few scripts on it and burned a bootlader or two from it. I will not show up in any serial ports for mac or windows. I just put it into a project and now it will not work. Can anyone help?

Here are the logs

Make sure the USB cable is fully plugged into the Uno and the computer.

Try a different USB cable. You may have a damaged, defective, or charge-only cable.

Disconnect any external wiring from the Uno.
