Of course, if the board is in AP mode, it behaves as an access point but clearly has no internet connection; for that, it should be in bridge mode.

Your Elegoo wifi is connected to a wifi station. If that wifi station is not connected to the internet, you will get no internet.

Your WiFi devices connect to the ROUTER... the ROUTER connects to the MODEM... the MODEM connects to the internet. Sometimes the ROUTER and MODEM are in the same device (ROUTER/MODEM.

What in the words in post #9 did you not understand? If you do not want to purchase the equipment and subscription, visit a wifi hotspot and use their MODEM.

In this video, it looks like your Phone connects the Elegoo App via WiFi. Your phone seems to be the internet connection device.
