Node.js not connecting wich MKR1000

I've been having this issue where i try to start my web server i get an error.
(Note: I already have the dependencies installed and have uploaded the sketch many times)

C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\mkr1000school\mkr1000>npm start

mkr1000@1.0.0 start C:\Users\Admin\Downloads\mkr1000school\mkr1000
node app.js

Unable to connect!
Please make sure you have the latest StandardFirmataWifi sketch loaded on the MKR1000
