NodeMCU ESP8266 not detected

does anyone know why my Nodemcu ESP8266 can't be detected on my laptop? I've installed various drivers and tried 4 different usb cables but it still won't get detected. I thought that the Nodemcu was bad, but when I tried it on my friend's laptop, the Nodemcu worked fine. I also tried several boards such as Nodemcu ESP32 and Arduino Mega, Nodemcu ESP32 was also not detected on my laptop but Arduino Mega was detected and worked fine. and I found an oddity when I used the mouse and then I plugged in nodemcu, my mouse immediately didn't connect, but after removing Nodemcu the mouse was connected again.

please help me, sorry if my english is bad, i use google translate

It might be useful for people to know which operating system you are using.

I don't think that i can help further with this one.

I'm using windows 10 and have reinstalled, but the result is the same. The laptop I use is Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 with a Ryzen 5600h processor.

just wondering if the usb 3.2 port is causing my nodemcu not to be detected?

Did you complete the board installation part properly?

I think I've done the installation correctly

I have solved this problem. I tried using a usb hub and the nodemcu reads on my laptop. maybe the reason is that there is a usb 3.2 port on my laptop, but I'm not sure about this.
