I'm an Italian Student
from today my nodemcu card won't turn on, the LEDs do not light up and the PC does not detect it
can we helps me get it done again?

From what You tell, no, we can't help Youj.
We want to see a wiring digram of the setup, and likely, the code, attached using code tags, up to the left in this window.
I only connected the nodemcu to the pc with the cable

I know that the Italian section exists only that it doesn't work 
NEWS....
I tried to connect an external power supply, the card turns on and then turns off
Not sure what the static image is supposed to mean (static here at least).
All that shows is somebody plugging in a board.
Also please go back to those links I provided and take the time to read the first one at least.
Second is also useful as it covers some of the more common issues people face.
