I’m currently working on a project in which I’m controlling 1 dc motor through OSC. I’m sending speed values through a MAX/MSP patch to a nodeMCU board connected to a dc motor driver. For now, the system works, I can receive the data and the motor moves. But I cannot reach the full speed of the motor.
I checked the serial board, and the max speed value I can get is 255. In another script that I used to test the PWM cycle the max speed is accomplished when the value is 1023. I don’t know why the maximum value I can get is 255, and how to make it bigger. Can you help me??
I’m using the analogWrite function.
