Noise on the sender module .... when the reciver module is powerd up

i have a biggg biggg problemm and need your help

i send 6 analog reads (pots) same ground same 5v with radio module (rfm12b) when the reciver module is on … the sender values ar fixed ±1
but when i power up the other arduino with the reciver radio module the sender values rise ±10
because i send the values for a gear stepper motor and i multiply the values recived with the reduction procentage … my stepper go around by him self … back and forword ,
i tried delay before each read
i tried to *10 after recive /10
i tried to do 30 readings and move once

can u find some problems in my codes
