Im trying to make a mist controller for my greenhouse that would turn on a sprinkler valve for 2 minutes if temp is above 85 degrees. Then rerun again in 15 minutes if temp is still above 85.
I have no idea what i am doing or what i would need for this or what the code would look like any help is appreciated l.
Arduino Nano plus DS18B20 sensor plus relay board.
Best to read in air humidity too and being able to control vents/fans for air exchange. Or at least notify workers so they know they have to open the vents.
Mist - doing evaporative cooling - is much less effective when air humidity is high.
So I would consider a good humidity/temperature sensor.
For turning stuff on and off - a relay module, eventually with 2-4 relays or how many "things" you anticipate it'll need to turn on and off.
Besides that a 5-10V 1A power supply and a protective case, both able to withstand a high humidity, condensing environment which you'll get in a greenhouse with a mister.
