Well sir thank you for the help I have all kinds of questions I've posted some about LEDs and sound and I've gotten some answers. I bought the msgeq7+mosfet but can't figure out where my wiring should be I know the input output but can't figure out what wires go from the board to the arduino and the biggest problem is the code 
I know I suck if I don't know I probably shouldn't be trying this stuff but we all have to start somewhere

@jack wp thanks for the time but I posted my question its about the msgeq7 board and code writing. I appreciate the help and apologies if I might be annoying Anyone with my ignorance
Here is how it works
you post a question. we answer. the whole world gets enlightened.
or, you chat, you lose the reference and no one is helped in the end.
if you have a part, post a link to the device.
if you have a simple question like which end of the resistor is goes up... post it.
we love to answer. and the really simple questions make us look like we know what we are talking about.

There are two questions on this thread 1- can anyone help with wire placement from the msgeq7+mosfet to the arduino. 2- would anyone be able to help with the code to run it. As I have stated I'm very new to this if you can offer help thank you in advance of this post offends you somehow my apologies

"Code to run it". You have not told us what you want to do even if we knew what the device was.
We cannot help unless you give FULL information on the device and what you want to do.
That is, if anyone wants to help after what you have said about us. Maybe the information and an apology might be in order.

There is no response as I've stated I'm new to this and it was my initial thought that the msgeq7+mosfet actions/use was universally know for making LEDs blink to the sound of music. But like I said it was my mistake for not stating my problem more articulately. But like I said before if you're willing to help you might just respond like "hey what are you needing help with ort what specifically Are you trying to get accomplished" not tell me what I'm doing wrong or just ignore my post completely. I've apologized for offending who ever took offense but in my defense everyone is quick to tell me my faults but not many are willing to help and it's kind of frustrating. I'm not a "genius" or tech savy by "your" standards but I am willing to learn and to me it's like a baby learning to walk I have to take baby steps and I apologize for the toes I step on while doing so
Maybe you should try to explain what you want to do in the end. From what I understand, you want to "make a led blink with music using a msgeq7 chip". Is that correct ?
If so, please try to change the subject of your forum post, or even create a new post with a more appropriate heading. Most of us are replying simultaneously to several questions, and it is hard to keep track with posts which are titled "Noob looking for help".

Yes that's exactly what I'm trying to accomplish. And I understand all that but like I said you're still telling me what I've done wrong the resin I posted this here it's because the topic is project guidance and I am a novice looking for help. But over all I'm done thank all yo guys for your time and consideration.
Please post a link to the datasheet for the msgeq7 device that you refer to.
Also please describe what you want the code to do.
Have a look at planning and implementing a program.
