You don't need any delay between reading different channels, it will do nothing for the readings. What you need is a delay between reading the same channel.
This is because the input multiplexer only switches to the requested channel just before the reading. The delays you show are after the reading and as you switch to another channel just before the second reading the effect of the delay is nullified.
