Hello everyone, I would like to know the NORA-W106-10B module includes schematics of 8 MB of embedded PSRAM on nano esp32s3 development board

Hello @feei, not sure I understand the question, but the Arduino Nano ESP32 contains the NORA-W106-10B module, and that embeds an 8MB PSRAM chip. Since it is inside the CPU module, you can't see it on the board and there are no schematics for its connection.
