avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
avrdude: stk500_getsync() attempt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x25

Is that mean bootloader is not present in controller.

What is an Arduino Pro Nano? Do you mean Arduino Nano or Sparkfun Pro Micro? You need to select the right board. Post a link or a picture if you’re not sure.

If you are sure that it is an Arduino Nano:
Is this a genuine Arduino Nano, or a clone? If the latter, did you install the USB drivers?
Are you 100% sure that the COM port is correct (check Device Manager)?
Did you connect anything to pins 0 or 1?
