Not getting data updates from BMP280

Hi,

I have connected a BMP280 sensor to a ESP8266 to wirelessly read the sensor data.

I am getting a reading (Temp, Pressure, Altitude) but the data does not update even though the I get a signal refresh.

What could possibly be wrong?

This is my first IoT project.

Probably something in either the code or your wiring - neither of which you posted.

You probably also failed to read the sticky on top, marked clearly in boldface, which tells you how to do this.
