Not getting the desired o/p and it seems like code is not working properly

hello good souls

hope you guys are doing fine. i need a help i don't know why y project is not running successfully. If i connect it to the arduino uno it gives me a a o/p (FAILED ) instantly

and if it doesn't give me a output instantly it struck at the part (" INITIALIZING PULSE OXIMETER ")

i don't know if its the coding problem or its the sensor problem please help me out guys

Does your earlier test sketch work without the OLED?
