Not Identified on the PC

I had entered a 12V in the 5V PIn by mistake, and some smoke get out from the board  ]:D ........ the Arduino do no be identified on the pc after that, what should I do ??

Is it a UNO ? Non-SMD then you might give it a try by purchasing another Atmega328p with arduino bootloader and replacing the current on the board.

Yes it is UNO R3 , I think that ATmega328p is working well because the last sketch is save on it and it is working well .....what is the arduino bootloader ?

So the Usb ttl conversion might have fried. Try the loopback test.
