Not sure whats going on. Just got this Arduino Nano and cannot upload anything.

Basically what the subject says, just got an Arduino Nano, attempted to upload a code, gave me an error during uploading. Attempted it multiple times and then attempted just uploading anything, and not even the blink code in the examples was able to upload, here is a copy of the error message.

Problem uploading to board. See Arduino Help Center for suggestions.

This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
option enabled in File -> Preferences.

Select Tools > Processor > ATmega328P (Old Bootloader) and try uploading again.

 thank you so much @pert. God bless you.

You're welcome. I'm glad if I was able to be of assistance. Enjoy!
