Not your usual PIR sensor - Ziglog ZDots

Hey everyone,

I just had some success interfacing my Arduino Duemilanove with this interesting PIR sensor I found at DigiKey http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=269-4710-ND called "Ziglog ZDots "Board Computer" PIR sensor"

Anyway, the sensor is kindof cool because it is a full system on a tiny little board. The sensor can run in either Hardware (digital output) mode or Serial mode which enables some cool advanced features. Sofar I got it working in Hardware mode.

I bought this sensor because I figured it would be a good learning experience because I am a noobie to arduino and electronics in general, so having the 2 modes will give me a lot more to learn from.
