I'm currently debugging an issue from the forum. While getting my initial tests up, just to test my Yun, the wifi got stuck.
How it get stuck
I'm sitting at a public access, namely Jack in the Box in El Paso on Redd Road.
- The wifi is not responding to the IP it reports.
- Then I start the YunSerialTerminal to see what is happening.
- What I see next is a failure of negociating the QOS (Quality of Service).
- This continues and does not stop.
- I then hit the [WLAN RST] reset for at least 10 seconds. (Resets the Yun to default factory IP 192.168.240.1)
I then resume my regular testing.
I do NOT know what is causing this. I'm going to have to ask at the OpenWrt forum. When I figure this out, I will post the fix here. In the meantime, you have that workaround.
