How to add a notification for android app. such as a value reach desigred value phone will show me a notification. is that possible now? IFTTT is working but very slow. I want to see notification at orginal Android APP

That's a feature that we are working on. As soon as it is ready we will announce it.
For now, you can use integrations with 3rd party platforms like IFTTT or Make.com

In the "Thing" that contains the variable(s) that I want to test for the alarm condition, I assign a "webhook" to a "Google Script". In this Google Script I make the calculations and tests to determine if the alarm condition is set. That's clever, though I think I'd probably try to eliminate the Google script by making the decision to send the notification within the Thing and simply sending the notification to IFTTT. Not sure if that's possible, but it would be what I'd try.

Thanks for the offer but I've sort of put the whole thing on hold until the Arduino App supports notifications directly. It has been promised for a while now.
