Never really paid much attention to those Notification icons on the right when I click my avatar. So I have scores of them and I'm trying to tidy up. One that looks promising for that is Dismiss All, but it seems permanently greyed?
How is this related to the IDE

You have viewed all your notifications. Notifications are the dropdown items you see when you click your avatar in the upper-right. Highlighted Notifications will be reflected in your "Notifications" count, and Dismiss-All will be un-grey.
