Merci, j'ai un peu lu la doc, le transistor est un ULN2003A donc dans le datasheet il y a une RB de 2,7Kohm.
L'avantage des Darlington c'est le très bon gain même pour les transistor de puissance.
Mais je constate qu'il n'y a pas l'indication directe du gain hfe sur tout les datasheet !
Par exemple, pour le transistor MJ11012 j'ai ces informations:
High DC Current Gain:
hFE = 1000 (Min) @ IC − 20 Adc (JE NE COMPREND PAS !)
Collector-Emitter Saturation Voltage | Vce(sat)
(IC = 20 Adc, IB = 200 mAdc) 3.5vdc
(IC = 30 Adc, IB = 300 mAdc) 5vdc
Donc si je calcul, hfe= ic/ib = 20/0,2= 100ib ???
