Welcome! Your Google Browser will find you thousands of possible solutions. Spend some time doing some basic research on your project and what you want to accomplish. We do not do free design, there is a section where you can hire it done for you. If you generate a schematic of what you want with the parts that will do the job we will help you get through it. I simply entered "arduino UNO and nano using NRF" in the search engine and got 211,000 hits the first sounds like exactly what you want.

But me i need a library for scratch or Mblock of nrf i know that google help but

Oh no. Goggle will search among projects here in forum too, without any need of IDE.
All libraries need code calling the functions in the library.
@djebril, If you're using something Scratch based like mBlock, you can make an extension for it.
There are some extensions made already for such purposes, but I don't have the sensor, so I'm not sure if they work. I recommend that you ask your question on the makeblock forum.
