Hi, I am haing power prolems with nrf24l01 and I gave up using decoupling capacitors. I decided to buy a buck converter. So I ask you if this model Lm2596 is good enough to provide a steady 3.3 V which is necessary to nrf24l01 work.

What does the decoupling capacitors have to do with powering your device? The caps shouldn't have any effect on powering something besides filtering the voltage.

Yes it will work as long as you adjust the voltage accordingly.
