That is as specific as requesting a car repair for a Ford.
I have around 10 variants of NRF24L01+.
This does - as already suggested - not work reliably on many Unos,
from my experience it very often needs at least a capacitor (1-10uF) directly on the module pins,
bigger SMD capacitors fit there perfectly.
