The communication is now stable 
When i recieved the new nrf modules i switched them out but i still hade the same problem, touching one of the nrf modules it became stable.
Then i switched out my good old Arduino UNO ( about 7 years old) to an new UNO Rev3 in both reciever and transmitter end and it works perfect !!
So all the problems was power related, i have tried powering the nrf both with supply module and without and the UNO 3.0 work fine with both solutions, havent tried // radio.setPALevel(RF24_PA_LOW) to power the module on the high setting yet.
