Okay, sorry about that you all. I had the ports mixed up. The codes uploaded, but the text isn't being sent. I'm going to update this library, which I thought was already updated. The library is RF24Network by TMRh20, Avamander OSI Layer 3 Networking for nrf24L01(+) devices.
Okay, so the Getting Started sketch worked. The problem was I couldn't read anything because of the baud rate. I've noticed my baud rate always has to override 115200. So I change the baud rate to that in the serial monitor. It took a little time to show all of the letters for the transmission though. However, I kept getting "Transmission failed or timed out" on the transmitter end. Then on the receiver end, I'm still getting "Radio hardware is not responding". I'm thinking it's because my wires aren't crimped tight enough on the female connector end. It transmits after I wiggle the wire. Here's the Getting Started code I used:

I suggest that you try the simpler examples in Robin2's simple rf24 tutorial.
If you read and, closely, follow Robin2's simple rf24 tutorial you should be able to get the radios working. That tutorial sure helped me. The code in the simple examples has been proven to work many many times. If it does not work for you, there is likely a hardware problem.
Run the CheckConnection.ino (look in reply #30 in the tutorial) to verify the physical wiring between the radio module and its processor (Arduino).
Okay, thanks. Yeah, if it is a hardware problem it's probably from the wires I crimped. I've been wondering about this version I got from Amazon also. I saw on this forum how it has to run on the old bootloader. I'm thinking this may be a problem also. The root of the problem is probably the wire crimping though. I'll try this sketch you provided, the one I used is working on the transmitter end. This is only when I hold the wires. It is not working on the receiver's end though. I'm thinking for the same reason. Thanks again .
Okay, the Getting Started sketch was working, but then it stopped. I tried the sketch from the Robin2's simple rf24tutorial, CheckConnection.ino, and that didn't work either. I think I'm going to have to recrimp some wires, or maybe desolder these capacitors I put on there. I tried turning up the PA level to HIGH and MAX too. Somone told me I should change the channel though. I've ran the Scanner example, and sometimes it's all F's, but now it's this.
