In the data sheet of NRF24L01 it is mentioned voltage range i s1.9 - 3.6 volts.
But in my project i am using 3.7 volts battery. can i supply 3.7 to nrf24l01 directly without any voltage regulator.

Sounds like your using a Lithium Polymer battery.
Which will be 4.2V when fully charged.
A standard diode with a drop of 0.6V should allow operation within specs.
