Hello, on the functional device with the NRF24L01 module needed to increase the signal range I found the NRF24L01 + PA + LNA module so I wonder if only modules can be confused or I have to reprogram with a new module. This is one of those devices NRF24L01+PA+LNA
The program and hardware interface is the same for the high-power devices with an external antenna and the low power devices with the PCB antenna.
However the Arduino 3.3v pin does not provide enough current for the high-power devices and, indeed, some Arduinos cannot even power the low-power modules.

Power IS the problem with these. Easiest solution is to use a power/interface module like THESE
This has a separate 3.3V regulator and good bypass capacitors.
