Assume no one here has ever heard of the nrf24z1. I know I certainly haven't.
What is it? What does it do? Do you have any documentation for it - a data sheet maybe?
Even if no one here has used that specific thing (whatever it is), we may still be able to help you if you help us by telling us something about what it is, what you have tried and what you are having trouble with.
Google says it is a stereo audio streamer that supports 4Mbps, so it doesn't seem an obvious candidate for interfacing to an Arduino. Perhaps it would help if you explained what you're trying to do and what problem you have doing it - although I suspect the answer is going to be that you need something other than an Arduino to do it - whatever 'it' turns out to be.
