Ntc10k sensors and 0-10v output

Hi all.
I need to do change my hvac controller.
Then i think i rather create aomething new.

I need to use 24v ac/dc power.
What i need is
temp sensors with ntc10k
Digital sensors

Relay output
0-10v dc output
24v dc output

This is something already in my hvac unit.

I need to use transistors

Why???
More in general:
What hvac do you have. How is it controlled? How would you like to control the HVAC?
What is your exact problem? (Why is your project not finished yet...)

So is it ac or dc?

I think your first step is creating a stable 24v dc supply.
Let us know when you have that working.

Than a diagram showing the inputs and outputs to the "something new"
