Can the audio output of an Electret breakout board SparkFun Electret Microphone Breakout - BOB-12758 - SparkFun Electronics be used as input for an NTE1509http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/nte/NTE1509.pdf to drive led's. I could, of course, plug and play to see what would happen but I am in the habit of burning unfamiliar chips. Thanks.
