Arduino is not a single company, it's a nebula.
You can interact sites like "www.moneyhouse.ch" for Switzerland, for the USA it must exist but I am in Europe I do not know.
Additionally when it comes to development type work there are a lot of people that don't "officially" work for Arduino.
Your question is something akin to "how long is a piece of string"
There will be a significant difference between OFFICIAL employees and parts time / unpaid / and other forms of non registered workforce.
