Hi, Can you please suggest an ultrasonic sensor which can detect minute objects at 10-15 degree angle
What size would those be?
To be detected, objects must be comparable in size or larger than the wavelength of sound used.
Around 1 mm thick
Then you will need an ultrasonic system with wavelength shorter than 1 mm.
In air that would mean using frequencies higher than (330 m/s) / (0.001m), that is higher than 330 kHz. Range would be very limited.
I need range of 25 inch please advise suitable model
If your internet searches turn up nothing, consider that such an ultrasonic range sensor might not be possible, or exist.
On the other hand, optical range finders work, and may be better suited to your particular task. A 25 inch piece of stiff wire might work too.
Perhaps you could take a moment to describe that task, and your budget.
