Odd SMS texts from Vodafone

I'm using a GPRS modem with an Arduino and every so often Vodafone sends me a strange Ascii Hex SMS message.

Usually on power up.

O2 doesn't do this.

Any ideas what it is.

Here is some of it:

16F3328FFAECB41D437BC0A07A5DD2069F91E9693E720F83BEDA6CF5DA069B90CA2A3CBA03BFACD2E8340F

2B0FB5C06BDCD2079F91E9693E7A0301D74BFDF5DF637396C7EBBCB

It's in ascii hex ,but it's not an ascii message, it's some sort of data download or something.
