Off the shelf sensors that are compatible with Intel galileo

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anybody knows of any off the shelf weather sensors (or shields), gas sensors or medical related sensors (i.e heart beat) that work with Intel's Galileo board. It would be great to know of any before purchasing them.
