I haven't perused the programming forum in a while and I must say: some of the recent threads are truly entertaining.
This clearly explains why moderators and contributors are completely fed up and some of the replies are blunt.

I suspect it's the time of the academic year when project submissions are due, and quite a few posts attempt to disguise the true nature of the request, which untranslated reads something like "I've not been paying attention in lectures/labs and the grand concept I conceived at the beginning of the year is way beyond the time and talent I have at my disposal. I need help"
Of course, I'm not the Pope, so I'm not infallible, and therefore I could be wrong.
