offroad electric longboard

Hi guys

I Know this is not really to do with arduino but you guys have the knowledge, so please any info will help get me on track.

I want to build a board that I can ride on my farm from point a to b(+- 10km range would be good), no hectic offroad stuff just on ground roads and grass.

Im looking at this motor Radio Control Planes, Drones, Cars, FPV, Quadcopters and more - Hobbyking

I weigh 92kg, So I need a motor that will be strong enough to say drive 120kg there arent any big hills, I would like to at least get a speed of 15-20kph no more than that is needed.

So I dont know if it would be better to run dual motors or not?

Then Im looking at this batteryhttp://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__16228__ZIPPY_Flightmax_8000mAh_6S1P_30C.html

Im thinking of connecting two of them in parallel to get 16000mah.
Do you think I will reach my 10km range ?

I am not to sure what esc would work the best?

Another thing is people have been speaking about regenerative braking but say that its not really that efficient if you dont have long downhills, so could a person maybe add solar panels to charge the batterys ?

Thanks for the advice in advance......

RE: 15-20kph no more than that is needed.
How many amps will your motor consume at a velocity of 15 - 20 kph?

RE: Do you think I will reach my 10km range ?
When you figure out how many amps the motor will draw
then you can determine what size battery you need to operate for 30 - 45 minutes.
